To help make therapy more accessible, I offer lower-cost self-pay counseling sessions that are priced below many traditional private-pay therapy rates. If regulations change in the future, I will explore the possibility of accepting insurance.

Currently, I provide virtual therapy only to clients who are located within the state of Texas. Due to telehealth licensing requirements, therapists must be licensed in the state where the client is physically located during their session.
If you are interested in services but live outside of Texas, you are welcome to reach out, and I can keep your information on file in case my availability expands in the future.

As someone who has experienced how difficult it can be to find time for therapy while working a full-time job, I understand the importance of flexible scheduling.
